When choosing a REALTOR® to represent you in the purchase or sale of a home or property, it's important to know a few things about them. Some of the challenges we encounter here in Northern Arizona are properties that are completely without any utility; requiring water to be hauled to a tank on the lot in order to have running water; lack of physical or legal access to the property (easements); dirt roads that may be impassable most of the year; cattle roaming (Arizona is open range); the necessity of having a septic system on the property when building a home; what it really means to be up against National Forest or Arizona State Trust Land (the latter is private not public); and so much more.
